⚠ UEC Satellite Dishes Notice
UEC Halo and Aura dishes use a set satellite frequency and GPS to find and align with satellites. That frequency has recently changed, so the dish can’t align properly. To fix this, you’ll need to update the system with a new reference frequency. Follow the Changing Frequency Instructions or contact UEC Support.

UEC 4121RV Unwanted PVR Activation
All new UEC4121RV VAST decoders are now supplied with a remote control unit (RCU) that is compliant with the 4121PVRRV. Should you have a non-PVR model (4121RV) and push the PVR button on the RCU, the unit will ask you for a 16-digit activation code to upgrade the unit to a PVR. You can easily deny this request by pushing the EXIT button on the RCU.
Should you wish to upgrade your 4121RV to enable PVR functionality, please contact your local installer/retailer, or email to purchase a PVR upgrade kit.

How to use your UEC DSD4121/RV & DSR4639 Replacement Remote Control
NAS and UEC have designed a remote control that can be used with all UEC VAST set-top box and PVR models. When you first receive your replacement remote (RCU4UECSAT) you must reset your UEC VAST set-top box or PVR. Once done, an old UEC remote control will not operate your UEC VAST set-top box or PVR.
