NAS Australia acquires ADigitaLife Distribution

The team at NAS Australia (NAS) is proud to announce the acquisition of ADigitaLife (the wholesale business), effective Tuesday the 1st of March 2022.

While this may result in a trading name change and some accounts transfers, we can assure existing customers that valued ADigitaLife products and services will not be negatively affected in any way. Rather, we'd like to think that the association will ultimately strengthen both brands. NAS values the traditional approach of the ADigitaLife operation that has seen it operate successfully for many years, while NAS has over the same period considerably diversified. We expect to be able to deliver greater value to customers of all persuasions.

From an operational perspective, it should be ‘business as usual’ for ADigitaLife operations on the Gold Coast. We've renewed the lease on the existing premises at Arundel and we're keen to establish relationships with customers new and old. Please note that ADigitaLife's existing telephone numbers and contact email addresses will still function, but contact data will transition to NAS Australia email and accounting systems.

Please note that NAS has acquired the wholesale business only and is not associated with the existing installation business.
