For Immediate Release: NAS Australia acquires Topline Aerials and Cables
The team at NAS Australia (NAS) is proud to announce the acquisition of Topline Aerials & Cable (the wholesale business), effective Saturday the 1st of October 2016.
While this may result in a trading name change and some accounts transfers, we can assure existing customers that valued Topline products and services will not be negatively affected in any way. Rather, we'd like to think that the association will ultimately strengthen both brands. NAS values the traditional approach of the Topline operation that has seen it operate successfully for many years, while NAS has over the same period considerably diversified. We expect to be able to deliver greater value to customers of all persuasions.
From an operational perspective, it should be ‘business as usual’ for Topline operations and sales staff since Brisbane, Toowoomba, Newcastle and Ballarat staff shall be substantially retained by NAS. We will transfer the Brisbane (Stafford) operation across to our Newstead head office from Tuesday the 4th of October. Please note that Topline's existing telephone numbers and contact email addresses will remain the same. We welcome the Topline staff into the NAS family and recognise that they bring with them a wealth of experience and customer goodwill.
NAS will not be acquiring the DJ Coulter Installation Division. The DJ Coulter Installation Division will be relocating from their existing Mayfield premises and will trade as MATV Systems Australia Pty Ltd.
