Due to extreme weather conditions and flooding in North Queensland the VAST call centre is closed for phone calls.
We are currently proceesing registrations and emails. We Apologise for any inconvience this may cause.

To use the Vast self service line 24/7, please phone 1300 99 33 76 follow the prompts for State Change, Decoder rehit, decoder status, and certificate renewal.
